Antonia's Lofaso invites you explore her inner world through the cuisine she creates. It is her food that evokes curiosity, which developed as she moved out of the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally rich environment in Los Angeles. Carnitas and Cavatellis within the same menu is what she believes in. All of her meals she draws a picture which is distinctive and expresses nostalgia for the historical. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso founded in 2013, was well-received since it was in the spirit of her Italian heritage. Lofaso is lauded for her interpretation of traditional Italian dishes. Lofaso has been described as a neighborhood favourite that serves up meals that are delicious, authentic and welcoming. Lofaso worked as an apprentice of culinary experts learning their methods and taking risks. She never hesitated in doing so, merely following her instincts. After a brief period her career, she was at the top of Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Then she collaborated alongside many celebrities, while transforming various Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso collaborated with Sal Aurora to create Black Market Liquor Bar Black Market Liquor Bar, a new bar in Studio City. With Black Market and the business partnerships she formed Lofaso found an appropriate place to call home. Lofaso achieved the creative spirit she desired thanks to her partnership. Black Market doesn't have one distinct focus. That is their intention. A course might begin with potato chips dill and shishito chili peppers. Then it's the lobster roll Korean wings and a variety of meatballs. Antonia is the anchor of this dazzling array. Lofaso's popularity has been measured by her ability to be true to herself while still understanding her audience. In the course of her career, both Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her capacity to be herself outside the cooking environment. Since then she's maintained her professional career before cameras with judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge, as well as recurring appearances on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso joined forces with Penguin In 2012, she teamed up with Penguin to release The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 recipes for Delicious homemade Meals.
