Robyn Rihanna Rihanna is an Barbadian Songwriter and Singer whose hit songs include Pon de Replay, SOS Umbrella as well as Take a Bow. She is a very popular artist in the prime of her young age, she's sold over 41 million albums and 150 million songs worldwide becoming one of the top-selling performers ever. Her birthplace was in Barbados and had a childhood filled in the reggae scene. As she started singing, she was an accomplished singer. Disturbed by the chaos in her family and endless arguments with her parents she immersed herself in music and eventually realized that she wished to become a professional musician. In high school, she formed a music group and was asked to sing with Evan Rodgers. The producer was impressed by the talent of this teenager. Her uplifting songs became most popular among young people, motivating her into film. Talented and young, Rihanna is now regarded as a teenage idol and a fashion idol.
