Kristen Anne Bell is an American singer and actress born in 1980. The parents of Kristen Bell include Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier who are both news director on television. Bell was raised and born in Huntington Woods Michigan. She was born in the town of Huntington Woods, Michigan with a Polish mother and a father that has a mix of German, English Irish, Scottish as well as Irish. Kristen realized her potential in the world of entertainment when she was just a teenager. Her audition was in 1992, and was then offered a role on Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell aged 13 at the time her mother enrolled up for an agent, was also cast in ads on newspapers and TV. In addition, Bell started taking classes in acting privately. Bell made an appearance as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 as an uncredited actor. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club of Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz was staged by her high school, and she was awarded the role of Dorothy. Bell was then transferred to New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater there. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 and began playing the character of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang, but the sequence in which she played the role was removed. This meant that the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell was featured in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis.
